In this journey, Randy Wilson will speak with many unique individuals to dig into the provocative and powerful ideas of our time. Through leadership, we believe that we can lead people up, in, and over, just as easily as we can lead people down, out, and under.

It is the goal of this podcast to provide an example in leading people through dialogue about "real life" things. The goal in creating this podcast is to learn the perspectives of others while working to improve inclusiveness amongst all cultures and people in our society.  This "Culture & Society" podcast particularly likes to highlight change makers in the community who are doing amazing work in their respective industries.  All of the guests have unique ways of navigating to create solutions for the social problems that plague our society through arts, advocacy, and activism.

Randy has professionally served as an Executive Leader in the Behavioral Health field for nearly 20 years.  Randy holds his Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and has been involved in the "Arts" of music and theater since a youth. Both a visionary and results oriented leader, Randy has been instrumental in expanding different types of community based mental health businesses throughout Virginia in his professional career.  Randy developed a love for podcasting by being what he considers himself as a "podcast nerd" in living on YouTube for countless hours at night watching both popular and unpopular shows.  Randy not only watches the podcast, but spends hours evaluating interview styles and techniques in his effort to develop his own podcast skills.  As a Community Counselor and Life Coach, Randy has developed a lot of skills in knowing how to communicate and work with different types of people, and thought that podcasting was an avenue that could re-accumulate him creatively in connecting with other creatives.  Over the course of Randy’s career, he has established rapport with several key leaders in his local community as well as nationally, and it's his goal to navigate through life in interviewing "change makers" who have found unique ways to develop there careers, communities, and life through there area of expertise.   Randy’s ability to lead, organize, and facilitate has been instrumental in his personal/professional development and its his goal to provide examples of the same things through the Randy Wilson podcast.
